1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $75 USD. A flat rate of $4.99 USD applies to orders under $75 USD.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
* International Shipping:
- Standard International (7-14 business days): Rates vary based on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LUCKGROUND LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, duties, or VAT levied by your country).
5. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LUCKGROUND LLC is not responsible for shipments that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@luckground.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
