Refund policy

At LUCKGROUND, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We design our pieces to be staples in your wardrobe, but if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

 

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked for return within this timeframe to be eligible for a full refund.

 

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

* Apparel (T-Shirts & Denim): Must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear, fragrance, or washing.

* Headwear (Caps): Must be returned unworn and unbent to maintain the structural integrity of the brim and crown.

* Footwear (Sneakers): Must be returned in pristine, unworn condition. Shoes must be placed in their original, undamaged shoebox. Please note: The original shoebox must be placed inside a separate shipping box for return. Returns shipped with the shipping label attached directly to the shoebox will not be accepted.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@luckground.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed shipping instructions and a return authorization.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
